Life in 'Maritzburg continues at its moderate pace. Rob was doing some DIY in the kitchen when he heard the great news that he'd passed his primaries. HUGE relief.

We got swept up in Rugby World Cup fever, and for a few days after the win the country basked in a sense of togetherness and optimism.
I am drawing near to D-day with a certain level of trepidation and have started packing a bag of obscure things I never new existed.

Well, the exams are over for now, but the results are anxiously awaited. However, this means that weekends aren't only for studying, so we ventured out with the Bishops to the Zammit's cottage in the 'berg. Despite the damp and grey weather, those mountains still manage to look beautiful.

Rob was re-aquainted with his camera, even the mother-lense, which made it's appearance to snap some eland.

I learnt how unfit I am with this baby on board, but luckily the weather provided a great excuse for reading, board games and snoozing.
